We set up and manage email infrastructure with the full authentication stack — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MTA-STS — so your messages are trusted and your domain is protected against spoofing.
We configure custom-domain email ([email protected]) on dedicated mail infrastructure. All four email authentication standards are set up correctly: SPF tells receiving servers which IPs are allowed to send for your domain; DKIM adds a cryptographic signature to every outgoing message; DMARC instructs receivers what to do with unauthenticated mail; and MTA-STS enforces TLS encryption in transit between mail servers.
We also offer Microsoft 365 as an alternative for teams that want the full Office suite alongside their email. Migration from any existing provider is handled with zero data loss and minimal disruption — we run old and new in parallel and cut over when ready.
Self-hosted gives you full data control and is usually cheaper. Microsoft 365 is better for teams that rely on Teams, SharePoint, or the Office desktop apps. We'll help you weigh up the options.
No. We run old and new mail systems in parallel during migration. Email continues to flow to the old server while we sync everything across, then we cut the DNS over in a single change.
MTA-STS (Mail Transfer Agent Strict Transport Security) forces other mail servers to encrypt the connection when delivering email to your domain. Without it, a malicious network could intercept mail in transit. We configure it as standard.
Basic plans include 5 mailboxes. Plus and Enterprise plans include unlimited mailboxes. Additional aliases and shared mailboxes are available on all plans.
We'll have you set up with a clean, authenticated inbox that recipients trust.
