1. Company Information and Activation
- GiotsasTech is headquartered at Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, and operates under AS: AS207135.
- The activation of your services will be finalised and communicated to you via an email from [email protected].
- For any service upgrade requests, the client must send an email to [email protected].
2. Payments, Duration, and Termination
- Service contracts have a duration of 12 months for an annual plan, or 1 month for a monthly plan, starting from the date of agreement.
- Services are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of services until the balance is fully cleared.
- In cases of delayed payment, GiotsasTech reserves the right to impose default interest in accordance with applicable laws.
- Either party may terminate the contract by providing at least 30 days' written notice via email.
- In the event of a serious breach of these terms, the contract may be terminated immediately.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Infrastructure
GiotsasTech guarantees that website and email hosting services will be available and accessible from the Internet for at least 99% of the total time per calendar month.
This uptime calculation excludes scheduled maintenance, provided the client was notified in writing at least 24 hours in advance. It also excludes malfunctions caused by force majeure or the fault of third-party telecommunications network providers.
During service provision, GiotsasTech utilises high-performance infrastructure — including Krystal Hosting environments — and reserves the right to route traffic via the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare Proxy) to ensure optimal performance and security. Please note that we do not route traffic through the Cloudflare proxy at all times or for all services.
4. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Promotion
- Upon the full payment of services, the client acquires the rights to use the delivered project.
- GiotsasTech retains full ownership of any pre-existing code, technical tools, know-how, and software libraries utilised to implement the project.
- The client grants GiotsasTech permission to include their website as a project on the official website (giotsastech.com) for the purpose of promoting its client portfolio.
5. Communication and Technical Support
Official communication between both parties will be conducted via email or telephone.
For technical support, questions, or troubleshooting, the client must contact us via email or through the company's official Ticketing System.
6. Limitation of Liability
GiotsasTech is not responsible for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or business malfunctions that the client may experience.
Exceptions to this limitation of liability are strictly limited to proven cases involving intent or gross negligence exclusively on the part of GiotsasTech.
